The city has the following social welfare facilities:
27 day care centers manned by 30 day care workers
• Senior Citizen’s Office in San Vicente
• Drop-in Center for CICL in the New Public Market, Gairan
• Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Center in the New Public Market, Gairan

All except for four barangays have day care centers. Those which do not have are the following four poblacion barangays:
1. San Vicente
2. La Purisima Concepcion
3. Carbon
4. Sto. Rosario

Two facilities are being managed by religious orders and being provided funding assistance and outreach services by the city government through CSWDO.
